Meeting: Value-based care in Rural Health Transformation Grant

Utah is allocating a portion of its Rural Health Transformation Program funds to help rural hospitals, clinics, FQHCs, RHCs, and Tribal providers strengthen the capabilities needed to succeed in value‑based care. This support will focus on core areas such as care coordination, data analytics, coding and documentation, quality improvement, and payer contracting. In addition to technical assistance and shared services, the program will also provide direct financial support to rural providers who participate in value‑based care activities this year.

RHAU is hosting an informational webinar for rural organizations interested in learning more about the program, the types of support available, and how to participate. We encourage leaders and staff from rural hospitals, clinics, and Tribal health organizations to join.
